The work on the jeep slowed again through the winter months. However, we used the down time to shop for parts online. We also planed the order in which we would rebuild the jeep and sought advise from forums on the internet, YouTube, and the pros on how best proceed. Hint: Ask a lot of questions!

Phase II Restore

With the easy part behind us it' was time to start restoring or replacing parts. This took the longest time because each piece had to be cleaned, inspected, refurbished or replaced. It was fun to learn about each component and gratifying to see each part repaired and ready to install.
